W. VAN BUSH, PT:  Van graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science in 1985.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University in 1988.  Working in the Fort Worth area since 1991, his primary emphasis is on the treatment of orthopedic spine rehabilitation.  His education has continued to focus in the treatment of back and neck injuries.  Van has completed the Impairment Rating - Technical Component course as required by the TWCC guidelines.  Van currently holds Clinical Instructor Certification.  In December 2009, Van became a member of the Advisory Board for UT Southwestern Allied Health Science, Physical Therapy Program.  Starting in 2011, Van is an adjunct professor to the Tarrant County College Physical Therapist Assistant program.  Van is current working to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hardin Simmons University.    
 

JEFF COOPER, PT:  Jeff is a 1974 graduate of the University of Texas Dallas Southwestern School of Allied Health Sciences with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.  He also has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Texas A & M University.  Jeff has worked in the Fort Worth area since 1974.  His expertise lies in the management of multi disciplinary rehabilitation programs specializing in general orthopedic, sports, and back injuries.
 

JOAN SPURLOCK, PT, CSC:  After attending Midwestern State University, Joan graduated from UT Southwestern Medical Center in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.  Joan has been a practicing physical therapist in the Fort Worth area since 1977 and has excellent general orthopedic knowledge.  In October 2000, Joan obtained her certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has extensive experience in foot / ankle rehabilitation and orthotics.
 

WAYNE DARNER, PT graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from Texas Womans University in 2007.  He completed a clinical affiliation with our facility prior to graduation. His professional research project was  "Postural Stability and Perceived Effort During Speed and Accuracy Constrained Aiming Tasks."   Wayne's emphasis is general orthopedic patients.

 

SARAH KENNEDY, PTA  graduated with an Associates in Applied Science with emphasis on Physical Therapy Assistant in 2008.  She has worked with general orthopedic patients since 2008.
 

JANNA TERMOLEN, PTA graduated with an Associates in Applied Science with emphasis on Physical Therapy Assistant in 2009.  She has worked with general orthopedic patients since 2009.  In addition to her licensure, Janna holds a Bachelor of Science, Biology & Chemistry, from Calvin College, a Master of Science, Exercise Science, from the University of Arizona, a Doctorate in Community Health from        Texas A & M University.

ASHLEY MORGAN, Rehab Tech, completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Texas Christian University in 2008.  She is currently completing upper level courses with a career goal of physical therapist.  Ashley is utilized in the physical therapy department and will assist in the provision of physical therapy services under the direction of a Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.

NATALIE BUSH, BBA, RMA,  Business Office Manager graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration.  Her education has continued to focus in health care laws and regulations, coding and billing issues, and human resource management. She has worked with health care billing since 1981 and  will be available to answer any questions about your billing or insurance coverage. 

 

ROBBIE SLINKARD, Patient Account Representative, has worked in the health care industry for over 25 yrs, both on the facility and insurance side. She is available to assist the patient with insurance billing and patient account follow up.

 

SANDRA RAMIREZ, Front Desk / Intake Coordinator, has worked in the private practice setting for over 20 years.  She is available to assist the patient with registration, benefit verification, preauthorization, and scheduling.  She will instruct the patient on their portion of the insurance benefits due and collect the patient co-payments and coinsurance amounts.     

               

MICHAEL DENNIS, Data Entry / Patient Account Representative, began working in 2008 with our Business Office.  Michael  graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2008 and in 2010 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education and is currently the College Minister for Retta Baptist Church in Burleson, TX.   Michael works in our business office assisting with intake procedures, patient scheduling, patient billing, and other administrative duties.
