We are in the Mira Vista Commons office community, conveniently located in the southwest Fort Worth area at the intersection of Hwy 183 (SOUTHWEST BLVD) and BRYANT IRVIN RD.
We have remained at the same location for 16 years.
COOPER & BUSH PHYSICAL THERAPY is almost central to the Southwest Hospital District and Downtown Hospital District. Students come to our facility from TCU, Country Day School, Trinity Valley School, and most Fort Worth High Schools.
Patients from all around the Fort Worth area come to COOPER & BUSH PHYSICAL THERAPY. We often serve patients from the northern Johnson County cities of Burleson, Joshua, and Crowley. We also treat patients from Aledo, Granbury, Weatherford and surrounding communities of Parker and Hood counties.
Employers such as Alcon, Lockheed, City of Fort Worth, and Fort Worth ISD send patients to COOPER & BUSH PHYSICAL THERAPY.

CHISHOLM TRAIL PARKWAY CONSTRUCTION has affected access to the clinic.
Now through 2013 (TxDOT) East and west bound of SH183 is now reduced to one lane through 2013 for the construction of connectors to the future SH 121/Chisholm Trail Parkway. This 24-hour-a-day closure will be extended from Bryant Irvin Road to Hulen Street for the reconstruction and the lowering of the SH 183 main lanes by approximately 40 feet. The closure will begin eastbound at Crosslands Road. West bound is being redirected through the new Bryant Irvin Road exit.
